Sylvain has more than 30 years of experience in real estate, trained by Hervé Blévy, co-founder of Century 21 France, where he was appointed Management Consultant for Century 21 France. Building on his experience, Sylvain became co-founder and manager of the network of OPTIMA Agencies in the Cannes region, which was ultimately sold to a large French banking institution. In 2006, Sylvain joined John Taylor as Sales Director of France where he actively participated in the development of franchises, before progressing to Executive Director in 2018 where he held responsibility for UNNW projects. In 2022 Sylvain joined Savills as head of the Cannes agency and member of the Savills Private Office for the western sector of the Côte d'Azur region, including Saint Tropez. Over the course of his career, Sylvain has achieved many significant sales on the Côte d'Azur, Paris and Courchevel/Méribel in the French Alps. His experience and culture of confidentiality, combined with a perfect knowledge of high-end residential real estate markets in France and their clientele, make him a key member of the organization.
